Ronald Holland
Ronald Dewayne Holland II (born July 7, 2005) is an American professional basketball player for the NBA G League Ignite of the NBA G League. He was a consensus five-star recruit and one of the top players in the 2023 class. Early life and high school career Holland grew up in Duncanville, Texas and attended Duncanville High School. As a freshman, Holland averaged 4.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 0.5 assists per game. Duncanville High School won the state championship, their first since 2007. As a sophomore, Holland took a leap in stats and averaged 13.8 points and 10.1 rebounds per game, leading the Duncanville Panthers to win a second straight Texas Class 6A state championship. The small forward (SF), also known as the three or swingman, is one of the five positions in a regulation basketball game. Small forwards are typically shorter, quicker, and leaner than power forwards and centers but taller, larger, and stronger than either of the guard positions. The UCLA Bruins men's basketball program represents the University of California, Los Angeles in the sport of men's basketball as a member of the Pac-12 Conference. The Nike Hoop Summit is an international men's basketball all-star game sponsored by Nike, held once a year since 1995, except from 2001–2003, which features the USA Basketball Men's Junior Select Team against a World Select Team of international players.
