Ron Pasco
Ron Pasco (born February 3, 1972) is a Canadian professional ice hockey coach and a former professional ice hockey player. He is currently serving as an assistant coach at Swiss National League team Lausanne HC. Playing career Pasco attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he played NCAA Division I ice hockey with the RPI Engineers. He turned professional with the 1994–95 season, initially suiting up with the Greensboro Monarchs of the ECHL, before transferring to the Tallahassee Tiger Sharks. He played the following year (1995–96) with IHL's Utah Grizzlies and then spent the 1996–97 season with the Canada men's national ice hockey team, before pursuing his professional career in Europe. Greensboro Monarchs
The Greensboro Monarchs were a professional ice hockey team based in Greensboro, North Carolina. The Monarchs joined the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL) as an expansion franchise prior to the start of the 1989–90 season and surrendered the franchise back to the league when the Monarchs ownership obtained an expansion franchise in the American Hockey League (AHL) at the conclusion of the 1994–95 ECHL season. History The Monarchs played in the ECHL from 1989 until 1995, reaching the playoffs in every season. They won the Riley Cup league championship in their inaugural season, beating the Winston-Salem Thunderbirds four games to one. Goalie Wade Flaherty was named playoff MVP. The 1994–95 ECHL season was the seventh season of the ECHL. Before the season started, the Huntsville Blast moved their operations from Huntsville, AL to Tallahassee, FL and became the Tallahassee Tiger Sharks and the Louisville IceHawks suspended operations. The Wheeling Thunderbirds finished first overall in the regular season and the Richmond Renegades won their first Riley Cup, defeating the Greensboro Monarchs four games to one. Daniel Lacroix
Daniel Lacroix (born March 11, 1969) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player and coach. He played in the National Hockey League with five teams between 1993 and 2000. The rest of his career, which lasted from 1989 to 2002, was spent in various minor leagues. After retiring as a player he became a coach, working for many teams. In December 2019, he was named the head coach of the Moncton Wildcats in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. He was an assistant coach for the Montreal Canadiens until April 27, 2018, to become head coach of the Lithuanian national team. Lacroix was drafted by the New York Rangers in the second round, 33rd overall, of the 1989 NHL Entry Draft. Craig Woodcroft
Craig Woodcroft (born December 3, 1969) is a Canadian professional ice hockey head coach and former forward. He is currently head coach of HC Dinamo Minsk of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). During his playing career, he represented Team Canada internationally and spent nine years playing in Europe. He previously coached Adler Mannheim of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga (DEL) and Genève-Servette HC of the National League (NL). His brothers Jay and Todd have worked for NHL teams as scout and assistant coach. The Schwenninger Wild Wings are a professional German ice hockey team from Schwenningen am Neckar in Baden-Wuerttemberg that was founded on 31 July 1904 and currently plays in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga (DEL).
