Ron Greenberg
Ron Greenberg (born 1940?) is an American television game show producer who worked on numerous network and syndicated programs of that genre from the 1960s through the 1990s. His credits include ''Camouflage,'' '' Word for Word,'' ''Let's Play Post Office,'' '' Reach for the Stars,'' '' Dream House,'' ''Sale of the Century,'' ''The Money Maze,'' ''The Joker's Wild,'' ''Tic-Tac-Dough,'' ''Hollywood Connection,'' ''Play the Percentages,'' and ''Bullseye.'' He packaged five games: '' The Who, What or Where Game'' ( 1969-1974); ''The Big Showdown'' (1974-1975); ''The Pop 'N Rocker Game'' ( 1983-1984); a remake of ''The Who, What, or Where Game'' titled '' The Challengers'' (1990-1991); and a remake of ''Let's Make a Deal'' (1990-1991). Greenberg created and hosted a weekly quiz radio show on Shokus Internet Radio titled ''Anyone Can Play ... But Don't Call Us, We'll Call You.'' A game show is a genre of broadcast viewing entertainment (radio, television, internet, stage or other) where contestants compete for a reward. Larry Anderson (actor)
Larry Anderson (born September 22, 1952) is an American actor and magician. Early work He originally started as an assistant to magician Mark Wilson in 1973, and was immediately put to work on the set of '' The Magician'' (starring Bill Bixby), assisting Wilson as the show's magic coordinator. He has since appeared in several television series and films, and is also known for his uncredited role as Michael Long in the pilot episode ''Knight of the Phoenix'' of the 1980s hit TV series ''Knight Rider''. His voice was overdubbed by David Hasselhoff who, when the character was shot in the face and given plastic surgery, took over the role for the remainder of the series. ''Let's Make a Deal'' (also known as ''LMAD'') is an American television musical comedy variety-game show that originated in the United States in 1963 and has since been produced in many countries throughout the world. The program was created and produced by Stefan Hatos and Monty Hall, the latter serving as its host for nearly 30 years. The format of ''Let's Make a Deal'' involves selected members of the studio audience, referred to as "traders", making deals with the host. In most cases, a trader will be offered something of value and given a choice of whether to keep it or exchange it for a different item. The Challengers (game Show)
''The Challengers'' is an American game show that aired in syndication from September 3, 1990 until August 30, 1991. The show remained in production for its entire run on the air, differing from most syndicated game shows which usually wrapped in the early summer. The series was created by Ron Greenberg and was based largely on his 1969 production, ''The Who, What, or Where Game''. Dick Clark presided over the show with Don Morrow announcing. ''The Challengers'' was a joint production of Ron Greenberg Productions and Dick Clark Productions, with Buena Vista Television (now Disney–ABC Domestic Television) as distributor. ''The Pop 'N Rocker Game'' is an American game show and variety show produced by Ron Greenberg Productions and Alan Landsburg Productions. The program premiered on September 17, 1983, and aired through September 1984 and combined musical trivia with in-studio performances. Two bands were featured on each episode; as such, the show was touted at the opening of each show as a "Game in Concert". Jon Bauman was the show's host, and both Phil Hartman and M.G. Kelly served as announcers.
