Romy Kasper (born 5 May 1988) is a German racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team . She competed in the 2013 UCI women's road race in Florence. She competed for Germany at the 2016 Summer Olympics in the women's road race where she finished in 44th place. Le Samyn is an annual single-day road bicycle race in Belgium, held usually in late February or early March. The event was created in 1968 as ''Grand Prix de Fayt-le-Franc'', named after the former municipality where it started and finished. In 1970 it was renamed ''Grand Prix José Samyn'' as a tribute to José Samyn, the race's first winner who died in a race accident in 1969. Johan Capiot holds the record with three wins. History Since 2005, the race is included in the UCI Europe Tour as a 1.1 event. It is the first race of the season in Wallonia, held on the Tuesday after its Flemish counterpart, Omloop Het Nieuwsblad. Christine Majerus (born 25 February 1987) is a Luxembourgish professional road bicycle racing, road and cyclo-cross cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Team, UCI Women's WorldTeam . She won the 2013 Sparkassen Giro Bochum one-day road race and the general classification of the 2019 Holland Ladies Tour. Majerus is one of the most dominant cyclists to come out of Luxembourg and is a 41-time national champion, holding 16 time trial titles, 12 cyclo-cross titles and 13 road race titles. She was named Luxembourgish Sportspeople of the Year, Luxembourgish Sportswoman of the Year in 2013 and in every ceremony from 2015 to 2021. Nikki Louise Brammeier (née Harris; born 30 December 1986) is an English former professional racing cyclist from Draycott, Derbyshire. She began cycling at five and has won championships in various disciplines. Brammeier has competed in international events including the UCI Track Cycling World Cup Classics and the Commonwealth Games. She won her first UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup in 2015 at Cyclo-cross Namur. In November 2017 Brammeier announced that she would be leaving the team at the end of the year in order to focus solely on cyclo-cross. The following month she and her husband Matt Brammeier announced the establishment of the MUDIIITA cyclo-cross project, intended to encourage participation in the sport in the UK, including a professional team known as MUDIIITA–Canyon. Amalie Dideriksen (born 24 May 1996) is a Danish road and track cyclist, who rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam . Career She won the junior women's road race at the World Championships in 2013 and 2014 as well as a bronze medal in the scratch race at the 2013 UCI Juniors Track World Championships. In both 2014 and 2015, she won the Danish national road race championship and in 2015, she also won silver in the women's omnium at the European Track Championships. Dideriksen participated in the women's omnium at the 2016 Summer Olympics. Ranking 9th after the flying lap, she surprised everyone by winning the points race thus elevating her to an overall 5th place. On 15 October 2016, Dideriksen won the World Championship road race in Doha, Qatar, beating Kirsten Wild and Lotta Lepistö in a bunch sprint.
