Romas Mažeikis
Romas Mažeikis (born 28 April 1964) is a retired Lithuanian international footballer who played as a defender for clubs in the Soviet Union, Austria and Germany. Club career Born in Gargždai, Mažeikis began playing professional football for FK Žalgiris Vilnius in the Soviet First League. Žalgiris won the league in 1982, and he would spend the next seven seasons playing for the club appearing in 159 Soviet Top League matches. When Žalgiris left the Soviet league in 1990, he joined Georgian side FC Guria Lanchkhuti for the remainder of the season. Mažeikis returned to the Soviet Top League with FC Lokomotiv Moscow the following season, appearing in 24 matches as the club finished in last place. After relegation, he left for Austrian side Kremser SC. He also had brief spells with Georgian side FC Antsi Tbilisi and Lithuanian side FK Panerys Vilnius. Charis Romas or Haris Romas (Greek: Χάρης Ρώμας) is a Greek actor, screenwriter, and lyricist. He was born on 23 March 1960 in Piraeus as Haralambos Rassias (Χαράλαμπος Ρασσιάς). He is most well known for co-writing and starring in the popular TV shows Konstantinou kai Elenis and To kafe tis Charas, where he played the iconic roles of Konstantinos Katakouzinos and Periandros Popotas respectively. Romas Ubartas (born 26 May 1960 in Panevėžys) is a retired male discus thrower from Lithuania who won a silver medal at the 1988 Summer Olympics for the USSR and a gold medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics for Lithuania, the nation's first gold. , - His personal best was 70.06m. Romas Zabarauskas (born 31 May 1990) is a Lithuanian film director, screenwriter, author and producer. He established film company Naratyvas in 2012. Zabarauskas, a member of the European Film Academy, completed film studies at the Paris 8 Vincennes Saint-Denis University with an exchange year at CUNY/Hunter. He had previously attended the Jonas Basanavičius school in Vilnius. Romas Brandt Kukalis (also known simply as Romas; born in Toronto, Ontario) is a Canadian-American painter best known for his work as a cover artist for books of speculative fiction, including the Animorphs Chronicles.
