Bernardo Poncini (1814-1874) was a Swiss architect and sculptor. He is notable for his work in Uruguay and Argentina in the mid 19th century. Luis Guillermo Eichhorn (26 June 1942 – 25 May 2022) was an Argentine prelate of the Catholic Church. History In the later organization of the Roman Empire, the increasingly subdivided provinces were administratively associated in a larger unit, the diocese ( Latin ''dioecesis'', from the Greek term διοίκησις, meaning "administration").
