Romain Millo-Chluski (born 20 April 1983 in Ris-Orangis, Essonne) is a former rugby union player for Toulouse in the Top 14 competition. He plays as a lock. Millo-Chluski won the 2007–08 French Rugby League Championship and both the 2004–05 and 2009–10 Heineken Cup with Toulouse. Stade Toulousain () ( oc, Estadi Tolosenc), also referred to as Toulouse, is a professional rugby union club based in Toulouse, France. They compete in the Top 14, France's top division of rugby, and the European Rugby Champions Cup. Toulouse is the most successful club in Europe, having won the Heineken Cup/European Rugby Champions Cup a record five times – in 1996, 2003, 2005, 2010 and 2021. In sport, a cap is a player's appearance in a game at international level. The term dates from the practice in the United Kingdom of awarding a cap to every player in an international match of rugby football and association football. In the early days of football, the concept of each team wearing a set of matching shirts had not been universally adopted, so each side would distinguish itself from the other by wearing a specific sort of cap.
