Rolf Zacher
Rolf Zacher (28 March 1941 – 3 February 2018) was a German actor. Life and career Zacher appeared in about 190 films and television shows between 1961 and 2016, often in illustrious or eccentric character roles. He starred in the 1971 film ''Jaider, der einsame Jäger'', which was entered into the 21st Berlin International Film Festival. He won the Deutscher Filmpreis for portraying a criminal in Reinhard Hauff's film drama ' (1980). A film critic once called Zacher the "best small-time criminal of German cinema". In 2016, Zacher appeared in ''Ich bin ein Star – Holt mich hier raus!'', the German version of '' I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!'', but had to leave after eight days for medical reasons. ''A Kind of Anger'' is a novel by British thriller writer Eric Ambler, first published in 1964. Like many of Ambler's post-war novels the thriller plot is laced with elements of comedy. Burkhard Driest (; 28 April 1939 – 27 February 2020) was a German actor, writer and director, known for his acting work in Sam Peckinpah's ''Cross of Iron'' and Rainer Werner Fassbinder's ''Querelle''. He also wrote novels and screenplays. Life Driest was born in Stettin, Germany (now Poland), on 28 April 1939, the son of a graduate economist and a piano teacher. At the end of World War II, the family fled to Peine, Lower Saxony. His parents were divorced in 1950. The children stayed with the mother, who moved to Göttingen, but he returned to his father in 1957. In an anthology from 1995, Driest described his memories of childhood and adolescence under the title ''Halbstark in Peine''. He was dismissed from school four times but achieved the Abitur as the third-best of that year. Driest studied law for ten semesters in Kiel, Berlin and Göttingen. was a Japanese film director known for his critically acclaimed, award-winning ''Roman Porno'' films, such as ''Ichijo's Wet Lust'' (1972) and ''The Woman with Red Hair'' (1979). Roland Klick (born 1934) is a German film director and screenwriter. Biography Klick was born in Hof, Bavaria and grew up in Nennslingen after the war. Klick studied theater and German in Munich, worked as a cameraman on a film by Rolf Schünzel in 1962 and made his first short film, ''Christmas'', in 1963. After two other short films, ''Ludwig'' (1964) and ''Zwei'' (1965), the TV film '' Jimmy Orpheus'' was made in 1966. ''Bübchen'', his first feature film from 1968, was a success and Klick was hailed as the hope of German cinema. In 1970, under the protection of the Israeli military, Klick shot the Neowestern ''Deadlock'' in Israel, starring Mario Adorf.
