Rogério Micale
Mário Rogério Reis Micale (born 28 March 1969), known as Rogério Micale, is a Brazilian professional football coach and former player Career Micale also represented Londrina, Apucarana and Operário Ferroviário before retiring at the age of just 23. He started his managerial career in 1999 with his first club Portuguesa, taking charge of the club's youth setup. Micale subsequently spent the vast majority of his career in charge of youth sides, notably Figueirense and Atlético Mineiro. On 31 December 2010, he was appointed manager of Grêmio Prudente, but his reign only lasted 21 days. He subsequently returned to Atlético and its youth team. On 9 May 2015, Micale was named manager of Brazil under-20s, replacing Alexandre Gallo. The 2017 FIFA U-20 World Cup was the 21st edition of the FIFA U-20 World Cup, the biennial international men's youth football championship contested by the under-20 national teams of the member associations of FIFA, since its inception in 1977 as the FIFA World Youth Championship. Alexandre Tadeu Gallo (born 29 May 1967), known as Alexandre Gallo or just Gallo, is a Brazilian football coach and former player who played as a defensive midfielder. He is the current head coach of Londrina. Career Gallo started his career as a player in Botafogo-SP (city of Ribeirão Preto, state of São Paulo), in 1986. The men's football tournament at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto, Canada was held at the Hamilton Pan Am Soccer Stadium in Hamilton from July 12 to 26. For the football competition in these Games, the men competed in an eight-team tournament. The teams were grouped into two pools of four teams each for a round-robin preliminary round. The top two teams in each group advanced to a single elimination bracket. The men's competition was an under-22 event, with each team supplemented with up to three over age players. Football (soccer) at the Pan American Games has been included in every Pan American Games as a men's competition sport, since the first edition of the multi-sports event in 1951. The competition is organized by the Pan American Sports Organization. So as to avoid competition with the World Cup, FIFA have restricted participation of elite players in the men's tournament in various ways. Currently squads for the men's tournament are required to be composed of players under 22 years of age. The tournament was played in league format from 1951 to 1963, neither final nor bronze medal match hosted.
