Rogue Emperor
''Rogue Emperor'' (; literally "Rogue Emperor") is a 2016 Hong Kong pre-modern romantic-comedy television drama created and produced by TVB, starring Kenneth Ma, Niki Chow, Mandy Wong, Benjamin Yuen, Koo Ming Wah and Brian Tse as the main cast. Filming took place from April till June 2014. The drama was originally scheduled to broadcast after ''"Master of Destiny"'' on Hong Kong's TVB Jade and HD Jade channels on August 3, 2015, every Monday through Friday during its 8:30-9:30 pm timeslot with a total of 20 episodes. On July 8, 2015, the drama was shelved again with no scheduled date of when it will be broadcast. In November 2016, it was announced that the drama will finally have an air date of 12 December 2016, with the number of episodes decreasing to 17. A rice noodle roll (also translated as steamed rice roll) is a Cantonese dish from Guangdong Province in southern China, commonly served either as a snack, small meal or variety of dim sum. It is a thin roll made from a wide strip of ''shahe fen'' (rice noodles), filled with shrimp, beef, vegetables, or other ingredients. Seasoned soy sauce—sometimes with ''siu mei'' drippings—is poured over the dish upon serving. When plain and made without filling, the rice noodle is also known as ''jyu cheung fan''. The name, ''jyu cheung fan,'' “jyu” means “pig” in Cantonese, “cheung” means “intestine”, and “fan” means “noodles”. Combining means the pig intestine noodle roll because the appearance of the noodle roll looks like pig's intestine. There is no official recording of the history of the rice noodle roll. Lau Kong () is a Hong Kong actor who worked on the network TVB. Biography Little is known of Lau's private life, but he has been acting since 1976, when he first joined the now defunct network Commercial Television, he later joined RTV (now ATV, Lau would be an actor there from 1979-1982. Pal Sinn Lap-man (born 17 March 1959) is a Hong Kong musician, singer and actor. Sinn is noted for his roles as Sai-Mun Hing in '' The Reincarnation of Golden Lotus'', for which he received Hong Kong Film Award nomination for Best New Performer.
