Roger Tambellini
Roger Tambellini (born March 11, 1975) is an American professional golfer who has played on the PGA Tour and Web.com Tour. Tambellini was born in San Luis Obispo, California. He played at the University of Southern California and turned professional in 1998. Tambellini has won three times on the Nationwide Tour. His first win came at the 2003 Albertsons Boise Open, his second came at the 2005 Price Cutter Charity Championship and the third came at the 2009 Ford Wayne Gretzky Classic. He has also won once on the NGA Hooters Tour in 1999. Tambellini played on the PGA Tour in 2004 and 2006. He got his tour card for 2004 through Q-School but was not able to retain it after making only 12 of 28 cuts. He finished in 12th on the 2005 Nationwide Tour money list which earned him his PGA Tour card for 2006. Tambellini struggled in 2006 on tour, making only 7 of 25 cuts. Vance Veazey (born June 25, 1965) is an American professional golfer who has played on the PGA Tour and the Web.com Tour. Veazey was born in Memphis, Tennessee. He graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1989 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He turned pro in 1990. Veazey has played on the Nationwide Tour (1995, 1999–2002, 2004–05 and 2007–09) and PGA Tour (1998, 2003 and 2006). While he has four wins on the Nationwide Tour, he has only one top-10 finish on the PGA Tour. He has also played on the NGA Hooters Tour where he has four wins. Straight Down Fall Classic
The Straight Down Fall Classic is a professional golf team tournament. It is played at San Luis Golf and Country Club near San Luis Obispo, California shortly after the PGA Tour's final tournament of the season. It pairs a professional with an amateur who play as a team over two days. The format is 36 holes pro-am, four-ball stroke play at scratch. The pro on the winning team will win $20,000. Second place will earn $11,000 and third place will receive $10,000. The low club pro will receive $3,000 and the amateur on the winning team will earn $750 in merchandise. The main sponsor, Straight Down, is a golf and athletic clothing company which also sponsors PGA Tour golfers. The event began in 1997. Jason Gore
Jason William Gore (born May 17, 1974) is an American professional golfer. Amateur career Gore was born in Van Nuys, California. He grew up playing junior golf with Tiger Woods. Gore attended the University of Arizona, then transferred to Pepperdine University. At Pepperdine, he was part of their NCAA Division I Championship team in 1997. He also played on the victorious Walker Cup team that year. Professional career Gore turned professional in 1997.
