Roger Nkodo Dang
Roger Nkodo Dang (born 6 November 1963) is a Cameroonian politician. He became President of the Pan-African Parliament in 2015. On 27 May 2015, he obtained 85 votes to be elected as the successor to former president Bethel Nnaemeka Amadi. Pan-African Parliament
The Pan-African Parliament (PAP), also known as the African Parliament, is the legislative body of the African Union. It held its inaugural session in March 2004. The Parliament exercises oversight, and has advisory and consultative powers, having lasting for the first five years. Initially the seat of the Pan-African Parliament was in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, but was later moved to Midrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. The goal in establishing the parliament was creating a space where people from all states of Africa could meet, deliberate, and pass some policy on issues that affect the entire continent of Africa. Bethel Nnaemeka Amadi
Bethel Nnaemeka Amadi (25 April 1964 – 10 February 2019) was a Nigerian politician. He served as President of the Pan-African Parliament between 2012 and 2015. Career Amadi was born on 25 April 1964 to parents from Imo State. He went to the University of Jos where he obtained a bachelor's degree in Law with Honors. He was called to the bar in 1986. In the early 1990s Amadi worked in the oil business in Nigeria and together with others he founded a law firm. Between 2012 and 2015 he served as President of the Pan-African Parliament. The Cameroon People's Democratic Movement (CPDM; french: Rassemblement démocratique du Peuple Camerounais, RDPC) is the ruling political party in Cameroon. The National Assembly (french: Assemblée Nationale) is the lower house of the Parliament of Cameroon. It has 180 members, elected for five-year terms in 49 single and multi-seat constituencies. Together with the senate, it constitutes the legislative arm of government. Boulou, also known as boulous, is a Libyan Jewish sweet bread or cake of Maghrebi Jewish origin, similar to mouna, tishpishti, or pound cake, that is traditionally made into loaves or rolls and consumed as part of the meal preceding the Yom Kippur Fast, or as part of the break fast that follows.
