Roger Harper
Roger Andrew Harper (born 17 March 1963) is a Guyanese former cricketer turned coach, who played both Test and One Day International cricket for the West Indies cricket team. His international career lasted 13 years, from 1983 to 1996, and he was later described as a "fabulous" fielder. His Test bowling average of 28.06 is superior to that of Lance Gibbs, giving him the leading average among all West Indian spinners with at least 25 Test wickets. One of his most notable performances was against South Africa in the Quarter Finals of the 1996 Cricket World Cup when he took 4/47 to allow the West Indies to seize control of the match. Harper was an all-rounder who batted right-handed and bowled right-arm off breaks, although suffering from the yips during part of his career. Old Trafford is a cricket ground in Old Trafford, Greater Manchester, England. It opened in 1857 as the home of Manchester Cricket Club and has been the home of Lancashire County Cricket Club since 1864. Keith Arthurton
Keith Lloyd Thomas Arthurton (born 21 February 1965) is a former West Indian cricketer. Having become only the third player to hail from Nevis, the middle order batsman/left-arm orthodox bowler played in 33 Tests between July 1988 and August 1995 and continued playing in one day matches until May 1999. However, he never recovered from the 1996 World Cup, in which he scored two runs in five innings. Despite a strike rate of just 67, Arthurton was a good striker of the ball, favouring the leg side. Nelson Cricket Club, based at Seedhill in Nelson, Lancashire, are a cricket club in the Lancashire League. They play at the Seedhill ground in Nelson. Their captain for the 2016 season is Neil Thompson and their professional is Ryan Bailey. Nelson Cricket Club was formed in 1861 when two other local clubs merged. It was a founding member of the Lancashire League in 1892, winning the inaugural championship. The club has gone on to win the league on 21 occasions, the most of any club. Alan Dawson (cricketer)
Alan Charles Dawson (born 27 November 1969) is a South African cricketer who played two Test matches and 19 One Day Internationals (ODI) for South Africa as a seam bowler. Dawson was a member of the South Africa team that won the 1998 ICC KnockOut Trophy, the only ICC trophy the country has won till date. He was born in Cape Town, Cape Province. His international career lasted from 1998 to 2004, yielding 21 ODI wickets at a bowling average of 34.04 and five Test wickets at 23.39. However, both of his Tests were against bottom-ranked Bangladesh. Dawson's best international performance occurred in the semi-final of the Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur in 1998. Mudassar Nazar (Urdu: مدثر نذر; born 6 April 1956) is a Pakistani cricket coach and former cricketer with a career in Test cricket for Pakistan and in league cricket in Pakistan and England. The Kenya national cricket team represents the Republic of Kenya in international cricket. Kenya is an associate member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) which has Twenty20 International (T20I) status after the ICC granted T20I status to all of their members. Graham Alan Gooch, (born 23 July 1953) is a former English first-class cricketer who captained Essex and England.
