Roger Blake West (May 10, 1928 – January 24, 1978) was a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Education and career Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, West received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University in 1949 and a Bachelor of Laws from Tulane University Law School in 1951. He was in private practice in New Orleans from 1951 to 1971.
