Roel Mannaart
Roel Mannaart (born 10 February 1994) is a Dutch kickboxer. He currently competes in K-1, where he is the current K-1 Heavyweight Champion. He also competed for Glory. Mannaart was ranked as a top ten heavyweight by Combat Press between July 2019 and July 2021, peaking at #7. Kickboxing career Manaart beat Semmie Onoiafie at Fighting Rookies in May 2016. He won the fight by a second round TKO. He would notch up three more wins in the Dutch circuit, defeating Michael Lorenz, Thomas Bridgewater and Nico Pereira Horta. Mannaart participated in the 2017 K-1 Heavyweight Grand Prix, being scheduled to fight Masahiro Iwashita in the quarterfinals. He beat Iwashita by a first round knockout, but lost to Ibrahim El Bouni by knockout in the semifinals. Egmond Aan Zee
Egmond aan Zee () is a village on the North Sea coast in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Bergen, about 9 km west of Alkmaar. Egmond aan Zee was a separate municipality until 1978, when it merged with Egmond-Binnen and Egmond aan den Hoef to form the new municipality Egmond. In turn, Egmond was amalgamated into Bergen on 1 January 2001. History This best-known of the three villages of Egmond was formed in the coastal dunes. According to legend, it was founded around 977. Settlers in this area have battled the sea since the first settlements. During the All Saints' Flood of 1570, some 50 houses disappeared into the sea. Beilen
Beilen is a town in the Dutch province of Drenthe. It is a part of the municipality of Midden-Drenthe, and lies about 16 km south of Assen. The old Reformed church is the only remaining truly old building; a large fire destroyed a major part of Beilen in 1820. Beilen has a railway station - Beilen railway station. The biggest employers in Beilen are the former DOMO milk powder factory and the psychiatric hospital GGZ Drenthe. The village is also home to a large distribution centre for the Jumbo supermarket chain. Beilen is also visited by many tourists, as it is located between many forests and National Reserves.
