Rockland is a town in Brown County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The population was 1,734 at the 2010 census. Geography Rockland is located south of the center of Brown County and is bordered by the city of De Pere to the north. The Fox River forms the northwestern boundary of the town. Downtown Green Bay is to the north. According to the United States Census Bureau, Rockland has a total area of , of which is land and , or 2.55%, is water.
