2005–06 Uruguayan Primera División
The 2005–06 season in the Uruguayan Primera División saw Nacional defend and win a back-to-back-title by defeating the surprise of the championship, Rocha F.C., on two consecutive finals, thus winning their 41st title in Uruguayan football. Rocha () is the capital city of the Rocha Department in Uruguay. Location and geography The city is located on the intersection of Route 9 (Uruguay), Route 9 with Route 15, about northeast of San Carlos, Uruguay, San Carlos of Maldonado Department. The CONMEBOL Libertadores, also known as the Copa Libertadores de América ( pt, Copa Libertadores da América), is an annual international club football competition organized by CONMEBOL since 1960.
