JF Robitaille
JF Robitaille is a Canadian singer-songwriter born and raised in Montreal, Quebec. History Prior to becoming a solo artist, JF Robitaille was the lead singer for Montreal indie-rock band The Social Register. Robitaille was discovered in 2006 in New York City by Nona Hendryx. In 2007, he released his 6-track EP "The Blood In My Body," produced by Howard Bilerman ( Arcade Fire) and Brian Paulson ( Wilco, Beck) and it was released Via Hendryx's label, Rythmbank, to critical acclaim. Robitaille had an LP fully recorded and mastered but it was never released due to his label folding in 2008. On 5 July 2011, Robitaille released his first LP, 'Calendar,' produced by Adrian Popovich ( Tricky Woo). The album features Drummer Chris Wise (Elephant Stone, Sunfields), bassist Tavo Diez De Bonilla (Octoberman, Two Minute Miracles) and guitarist Andrew Johnston as his back-up band. John Robitaille ( ; born August 14, 1948) is an American politician and businessman. He was the Republican party nominee in the 2010 election for Governor of Rhode Island, which he lost to independent candidate Lincoln Chafee on November 2, 2010. Early life John Robitaille was born on August 14, 1948 in Central Falls and was the second of three children of Roland and Alice Robitaille. They were Catholics whose ancestry traced back to French-led Canada. The Robitaille family moved to North Attleboro when John was six years old. Robitaille graduated from North Attleboro High School in 1966 and from Providence College in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. During college, Robitaille was a member of the ROTC and Pershing Rifles. He continued his education at the University of Utah from 1974 to 1976 with a Master of Science in Human Resource Management degree. Luc Robitaille
Luc Jean-Marie Robitaille (born February 17, 1966) is a Canadian–American professional ice hockey executive and former player. He currently serves as president of the Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League (NHL). During his 19-season NHL career, Robitaille won the Stanley Cup in 2001–02 with the Detroit Red Wings, and played for the Pittsburgh Penguins and New York Rangers, but is most known for his 14 seasons (over three different stints) with the Los Angeles Kings. He served as the Kings' team captain during the 1992–93 season (while Wayne Gretzky was injured) and for the final two games of the 2005–06 season. Mike Robitaille
Michael James David Robitaille (born February 12, 1948) is a Canadians, Canadian former professional ice hockey defenceman (ice hockey), defenceman and commentator. He played in the National Hockey League with the New York Rangers, Detroit Red Wings, Buffalo Sabres and Vancouver Canucks in a career that lasted from 1968 to 1977. Playing career Robitaille played in 382 regular season NHL games, scoring 23 goals and adding 105 assists. He was most well known for his punishing hip checks. He also appeared in 13 playoff games, six with Buffalo and seven for Vancouver, tallying one assist. His career ended pre-maturely in 1977 when he was blind-sided by Dennis Owchar of the Pittsburgh Penguins, which caused nerve damage in his neck. Randy M. Robitaille (born October 12, 1975) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player. He last played for HC Donbass of the Kontinental Hockey League. Robitaille has previously played for nine teams in the National Hockey League (NHL). Playing career Robitaille first attracted notice playing for the Ottawa Jr. Senators of the CJHL. While not drafted by an NHL team, he was, on the basis of his offensive totals, offered a scholarship at Miami University. After two solid seasons at Miami, he was signed by the Boston Bruins of the NHL on March 17, 1997. Tom Robitaille is an American former basketball player. He played collegiately for the Rice Owls from 1955 to 1959, where he led the team in scoring during his junior and senior seasons. He was considered the Owls' biggest asset during his senior season due to his great agility for his size.
