Robin Tallon
Robert Mooneyhan "Robin" Tallon Jr. (born August 8, 1946) is an American businessman and politician who served as a United States representative from South Carolina. He is a member of the Democratic Party. Early life and education Born in Hemingway, South Carolina, Tallon graduated from Dillon High School in 1964 and then attended University of South Carolina in 1964-1965. He received his Bachelor of Arts from American University in 1994. Career Tallon was the owner of a chain of retail clothing stores in the Carolinas and Georgia and real estate broker and developer before entering politics. He was a delegate of the White House Conference on Small Business in 1980. Tallon was a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives from 1980 to 1982. He was elected as a Democrat to the 98th United States Congress and to the four succeeding Congresses, serving from January 3, 1983 to January 3, 1993. The United States Congress is the legislature of the federal government of the United States. It is bicameral, composed of a lower body, the House of Representatives, and an upper body, the Senate. The United States order of precedence is an advisory document maintained by the Ceremonials Division of the Office of the Chief of Protocol of the United States which lists the ceremonial order, or relative preeminence, for domestic and foreign government officials (military and civilian) at diplomatic, ceremonial, and social events within the United States and abroad. The list is used to mitigate miscommunication and embarrassment in diplomacy, and offer a distinct and concrete spectrum of preeminence for ceremonies. Roy Dyson
Royden Patrick Dyson (born November 15, 1948), is an American politician. He is a former Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from Maryland. Born in Great Mills, Maryland, Dyson attended private schools and graduated from Great Mills High School in 1966. He attended the University of Maryland, College Park, and the University of Baltimore in 1968, 1969, and 1970. He also served as a legislative assistant in the United States House of Representatives from 1973 to 1974. Dyson was elected to the Maryland House of Delegates, serving from 1975 to 1980, and was a delegate in 1978 to the Democratic National Issues Conference. Dyson ran for Congress in the Eastern Shore-based 1st District in 1976, losing to two-term Republican Robert Bauman.
