Robin Nahas
Robin Nahas (born 10 November 1987) is a professional Australian rules footballer who played for the Richmond Football Club and the North Melbourne Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). Early career Nahas played his junior football with the Oakleigh Dragons Football Club which is located in Oakleigh South and competed in the Moorabbin Saints Junior Football League (MSJFL), he then went on to play for the Oakleigh Chargers in the TAC Cup. In 2006 Nahas joined the Port Melbourne Football Club in the Victorian Football League (VFL) and he spent three seasons at the club. Prior to being drafted, Robin won the 2008 Fothergill-Round Medal, awarded to the most promising young talent in the VFL. Nahas is known for his exceptional pace and ferocious tackling, despite his small size, being 176 cm tall. Oakleigh Chargers
The Oakleigh Chargers is an Australian rules football club playing in the NAB League, the top statewide under-18 competition in Victoria, Australia. They are based at Warrawee Park in Oakleigh, Victoria, representing the southeastern suburban area of Melbourne. The Chargers were one of two additional metropolitan clubs introduced to the competition in 1995 as part of a plan by the AFL to replace the traditional club zones with independent junior clubs. The Adelaide Crows (officially the Adelaide Football Club) are a professional Australian rules football team based in Adelaide, South Australia. Founded in 1990. 2017 VFL Season
The 2017 Victorian Football League season is the 136th season of the Victorian Football Association/Victorian Football League Australian rules football competition. The competition began on 8 April and concluded with the Grand Final on 24 September 2017. Daniel Currie
Daniel Currie (born 15 February 1989) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for the North Melbourne Football Club and Gold Coast Football Club in the Australian Football League. Currie was originally drafted to the Sydney Swans with the 49th selection in the 2006 AFL draft, but was delisted by the Swans at the end of 2011 without having made his AFL debut. Currie is currently employed as a Risk Consultant for professional services firm, KPMG. Through the years of 2007, 2008 and 2009 Currie sustained numerous and injuries whilst plying his trade in the reserves.
