Robert Shwartzman
Robert Mikhailovich Shwartzman ( rus, Ро́берт Миха́йлович Шва́рцман, p=ˈrobʲɪrt mʲɪˈxajləvʲɪtɕ ˈʂvartsmɐn, he, רוברט מיכאילוביץ' שוורצמן; born 16 September 1999) is a Russian-Israeli racing driver who currently serves as a development driver for the Scuderia Ferrari Formula One team. Shwartzman last competed in the FIA Formula 2 Championship for 2020 and 2021 where he finished 4th and 2nd respectively. He is a member of the Ferrari Driver Academy, and the 2018 Toyota Racing Series and 2019 FIA Formula 3 champion. Career Karting Born in Israel and raised in Saint Petersburg, Russia, Shwartzman began karting in 2004 at the age of five. Mücke Motorsport is an auto racing team based in Germany, which is also known as ADAC Berlin-Brandenburg. History Single-seaters Mücke Motorsport was formed by Peter Mücke in 1998 to run his son Stefan Mücke in the German Formula BMW ADAC series, in which they were champions. Stefan and the team moved to German Formula Three in 1999, where the driver finished runner-up in 2001. Also in 2001, Markus Winkelhock joined the team. Ferrari Driver Academy is an initiative from Formula One team Scuderia Ferrari to promote young talent inside its own organisation, with several drivers being selected and funded by the team, being under long-term contracts.
