Robert Harland
Robert John Yurgatis is an American stage and television actor. He is known for playing Jack Flood in the American crime drama television series '' Target: The Corruptors!''. Harland attended St. James High School for Boys, later graduating in 1953. He then attended Columbia School of Broadcasting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for which Harland worked as a disc jockey and radio announcer in Wilmington, Delaware. He applied at the private performing arts conservatory American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York. Harland lived in Greenwich Village, New York, while attending and having roles in its stage productions. In 1957, Harland played the lead role in the stage play, titled, ''Bus Stop''. The play shown at the Robin Hood Playhouse. He performed in summer stock theaters. He adopted "Harland" as a stage name. Stephen McNally (born Horace Vincent McNally; July 29, 1911 – June 4, 1994) was an American actor remembered mostly for his appearances in many Westerns and action films. He often played hard-hearted characters, criminals, bullies, and other villains. Early years Born in New York City, McNally attended Fordham University School of Law and was an attorney in the late 1930s before he pursued his passion for acting. He was a one time president of the Catholic Actors Guild. Career He started his stage career using his real name, Horace McNally, and began appearing uncredited in many World War II-era films.
