Bob Farmer
Robert 'Bob' Farmer (born 2 June 1947) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for Collingwood in the Victorian Football League (VFL) during the 1960s. A centre half forward, Farmer was aged just 16 years and 363 days when he made his senior VFL debut in 1964. He struggled to establish a place in the Collingwood team which made the finals in five of the six seasons that he was at the club, although he had a good season in 1968, kicking 22 goals and was chosen to represent Australia in the 'Galahs' World Tour that year. The only final Farmer played was his final league game for Collingwood; the 1969 Preliminary Final loss to Richmond at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, where he kicked two goals. Robert Farmer (born 21 March 1991) is a British ice hockey player for Whitley Warriors in the UK NIHL 1 and the British national team. Farmer previously played for Nottingham Panthers. Career Farmer represented Great Britain at the 2019 IIHF World Championship. In July 2019, he embarked on his second spell abroad by signing for Lausitzer Füchse of the DEL2, reuniting with his former Nottingham head coach Corey Neilson and GB teammate Mike Hammond. ''Genii, The Conjurors' Magazine'' is a magazine devoted to magic and magicians. It is a monthly magazine first published in September 1936, currently edited by Richard J. Kaufman and owned by Randy Pitchford. The magazine is based in Washington, DC. History ''Genii'' was founded by William Larsen, Sr. in 1936, and it was published as the official organ of the Pacific Coast Association of Magicians, which had been founded in 1933. The original print run was 750 copies, which went down to 500 for the second and third issues. Upon Larsen's death in 1953 it was subsequently edited and published by his wife Gerrie Larsen, son William Larsen, Jr. and his wife Irene Larsen, grandson Dante Larsen, and granddaughter Erika Larsen. List Of Commandants Of The Illinois Country
The Illinois Country was governed by military commandants for its entire period under French and British rule, and during its time as a county of Virginia. The presence of French military interests in the Illinois Country began in 1682 when Robert de La Salle built Fort St. Louis du Roche on the Illinois River. The commandant of the fort was the top French official in the region and was responsible to the Governor General of New France. In 1718 Illinois was transferred to Louisiana and renamed ''Upper Louisiana.'' The new seat of government was Fort de Chartres, located in what is now southeastern Illinois among the growing French settlements of Cahokia, Kaskaskia and Prairie du Rocher.
