Robert Manuel Enes (born 22 August 1975) is an Australian former soccer player who played at both professional and international levels as a midfielder. Club career Enes spent his youth career with Shepparton United, Preston Makedonia and the Australian Institute of Sport. He spent his senior career with Preston Lions, Melbourne SC, Sydney United, Portsmouth, Northern Spirit and Marconi Stallions. Midfielder
A midfielder is an outfield position in association football. Midfielders may play an exclusively defensive role, breaking up attacks, and are in that case known as defensive midfielders. As central midfielders often go across boundaries, with mobility and passing ability, they are often referred to as deep-lying midfielders, play-makers, box-to-box midfielders, or holding midfielders.
