Robert Campbell (18 April 1951 – 28 May 2004) was an American artist and writer from Marshall, Texas. He studied art for two years at Stephen F. Austin State University, then moved to Los Angeles, where he showed at Gallerie Rabindra. In the 1980s and 1990s, he worked as a scenic painter on MTV music videos, film, and theater. He plays himself in the Kenny Loggins music video for " Vox Humana." Robert George Campbell (23 April 1937 – 6 November 2015) was an English professional football player and later manager. Playing career He began his career with Liverpool, where he also won England Youth international caps. He then moved on to Portsmouth and later Aldershot. Coaching and managerial career After injury ended his career in 1966, he turned his hand to coaching, at Portsmouth and then, with greater success, at Queens Park Rangers. He went on to work under Bertie Mee at Arsenal as first-team coach, after Steve Burtenshaw's resignation and subsequent departure to Sheffield Wednesday in 1973. His first managerial job came at Fulham in 1976, after his former boss Alec Stock was sacked. Campbell made a poor start winning no games in his first 3 months as manager. Robert McGhee Campbell (13 August 1941 – 7 March 2019) was a Scottish footballer who played as an inside right for St Mirren, Greenock Morton, Motherwell and Stranraer. Robert Gordon Campbell (27 January 1883 – 31 May 1942) was a Scottish footballer who played with Celtic and Rangers, as well as Queen's Park, Kilmarnock and Ayr United. Career In January 1906 Campbell joined Rangers from Celtic to help ease an injury crisis at Ibrox, and would go on to spend the best part of nine years at the club. He is one of a very small group to transfer directly between the Glasgow rivals, having only been at Celtic for only seven months after leaving Queen's Park in June 1905. He made his Rangers debut against Port Glasgow Athletic on 20 January 1906. He was a right back but in later years would convert to a forward. In the 1906–07 season, Campbell saw himself being played up front. His very first match in attack, a benefit match versus Morton, saw him score all seven of the goals in a 7–0 win. Robert Campbell (1882 – 13 March 1931) was a Scottish footballer who played for Partick Thistle, Rangers, Millwall Athletic and Bradford City. He was a full back who won the 1911 FA Cup with Bradford. Career Born in Lugar in 1882, Campbell started his football career with Partick Thistle, with whom he formed a partnership over several seasons with Andrew Wilson and won Scottish League XI and Glasgow FA representative honours, before moving to Rangers in January 1905 as emergency cover following the death of Nicol Smith. He moved to England and Millwall Athletic in the Southern League later that same year. He spent one season at Millwall, playing 28 games before moving to Division Two side Bradford City.
