Robab Farahi-Mahdavieh
Robab Farahi-Mahdavieh ( fa, رباب فرحی مهدویه) is a member of the People's Mujahedin of Iran (MEK) who was arrested by Canada in 1992, and in 1993 she was deported from Canada back to the United Kingdom on the grounds of national security. She was arrested under one of only 28 security certificates ever issued in Canada. Activities Canada Believed to be the leader of the MEK's North American operations, Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) identified her as their "chief fundraiser and recruiter" in Canada and a "leading female member". She was alleged to have organized the flash mob that attacked the Embassy of Iran in Ottawa, following Iranian airstrikes against MEK camps. 19 MEK members were pleaded guilty to various charges for the attacks that injured the Iranian ambassador and two other employees. The Iranian peoples or Iranic peoples are a diverse grouping of Indo-European peoples who are identified by their usage of the Iranian languages and other cultural similarities. Mahnaz Samadi
Mahnaz Samadi ( fa, مهناز صمدی; born 1965) is a member of the People's Mujahedin of Iran (MEK). Activities Iran and Iraq Samadi joined the MEK in 1980 and was an active fighter for them during the 1980s. In 1982, she was accused of leading a terrorist attack against the Iranian government on behalf of the organization. Warren Creates, her lawyer in a 2000 case said she had been penalized for "bombings that were against legitimate targets". Samadi was imprisoned in Evin Prison for four years, and was released in 1986, before escaping from Iran. She became a commander of the military wing of the MEK based in Iraq, called the "National Liberation Army of Iran", and responsible for training female fighters at Camp Ashraf. Robert Guy Torricelli (born August 27, 1951), is an American attorney and former politician. A Democrat, Torricelli served as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from New Jersey's 9th district from 1983 to 1997 and as a United States senator from New Jersey from 1997 to 2003. An airstrike, air strike or air raid is an offensive operation carried out by aircraft.
