Rob Hardy
Robert Hardy, Jr. is a film director, film producer, screenwriter, and television director. With partner Will Packer, he founded the production company Rainforest Films in 1994. Hardy's film credits include ''The Gospel'', ''Trois'', and '' Trois 2: Pandora's Box''. His television credits include '' ER'', ''Criminal Minds'', ''Arrow'', and '' The Game''. Film career Hardy shot his first substantive video on camcorder, ''G-Man'', while a high school senior at the George School. He shot his first work on film, ''Chocolate City'', while at Florida A&M University, for which he earned the university's Bernard Hendricks Student Leadership Award. The success of ''Chocolate City'' helped Hardy and his film partner Will Packer launch Rainforest Films. Rod Hardy (born in Melbourne, Australia) is an Australian television and film director. Career His interest in film began before the age of 12, when he shot several short films on his brother's 8 mm film camera. Rod has over 350 hours of credits directing television drama in his native Australia. His first feature film, ''Thirst'', won Best Picture in its category at the 1980 Asia Pacific Film Festival. Having honed his directing and producing skills in Australia, primarily on the TV series, '' E Street'' from 1989 to 1991 of which he was the co-executive producer, Hardy moved to Los Angeles in 1992 to launch his American career. ''Puff, Puff, Pass'' is a 2006 comedy crime film, also known as ''Living High'', directed by Mekhi Phifer. Plot The film opens with an infomercial, given by Dick Dupre (a parody of Don Lapre, played by John C. McGinley), which Larry (Danny Masterson) and Rico ( Ronnie Warner) are watching.
