Rob Evans (rugby Player)
Robert Evans (born 14 April 1992) is a Welsh international rugby union player. He plays at prop for the Dragons. He previously played for the Scarlets Rugby career Evans made his regional debut for the Scarlets during the 2012–13 season, coming on as a substitute against Sale Sharks in the LV Cup. He had previously played for Carmarthen Quins in the Welsh Premier Division. International Evans has been a Wales Under-20s international, and helped the team reach third place in the 2012 IRB Junior World Championship in South Africa, playing in the front row alongside fellow Scarlets Kirby Myhill and Samson Lee. In November 2013, Evans was called into the senior Wales squad for the Autumn international matches. Haverfordwest (, ; cy, Hwlffordd ) is the county town of Pembrokeshire, Wales, and the most populous urban area in Pembrokeshire with a population of 14,596 in 2011. The Anglo-Welsh Cup (), was a cross-border rugby union knock-out cup competition that featured the 12 Premiership Rugby clubs and the four Welsh regions. It was a created as a replacement for the RFU Knockout Cup, which featured only English clubs. Scarlets Players
The Scarlets () are one of the four professional Welsh rugby union teams and are based in Llanelli, Wales. Their home ground is the Parc y Scarlets stadium. They play in the United Rugby Championship and the European Rugby Champions Cup (which replaced the Heineken Cup from the 2014–15 season). The club was originally named the Llanelli Scarlets but was renamed at the start of the 2008–09 rugby season. The 2016 mid-year rugby union internationals (also known as the summer internationals in the Northern Hemisphere) are international rugby union matches that were mostly played in the Southern Hemisphere during the June international window. The matches were part of World Rugby's global rugby calendar (2012–19) that included Test matches between the touring Northern Hemisphere nations and the home Southern Hemisphere nations, whilst some of the touring teams played mid-week matches against provincial or regional sides. Samson Lee
Samson Lee (born 30 November 1992) is a Wales international rugby union player currently playing for the Scarlets having previously played for Llanelli and Ammanford. His position is prop forward. Lee has represented Wales, making his debut against Argentina in November 2013. Club career Lee began playing rugby with the Felinfoel RFC youth side, as well as with Coedcae School. Lee joined the Scarlets at age 15, and progressed through the academy while playing for Ammanford RFC and later Llanelli RFC. He made his first Scarlets appearance in a preseason friendly against Narbonne. Lee was named in the 2013–14 Pro12 Dream Team, along with teammates Gareth Davies and Liam Williams.
