Rmeil
Rmeil ( ar, الرميل) is one of the neighborhoods of Beirut, the capital of Lebanon. It is located near Ashrafieh, and Saifi. The neighborhood is known for its Greek Orthodox churches such as Saint Georges and Saint Nicolas. Cultural areas are located in Rmeil, like the Sursock Museum. Saint George Hospital University Medical Center
Saint George Hospital University Medical Center (Arabic: مستشفى القديس جاورجيوس للروم الأرثوذكس or مستشفى القديس جاورجيوس الجامعي), also known as Al-Roum Hospital (مستشفى الروم), is the oldest Lebanese hospital founded in 1878 and one of the three leading Lebanese medical centres, located in Rmeil, Beirut, Lebanon. Overview The hospital configuration is a T-shaped fifteen-floor building currently housing 200 beds. It is affiliated with The Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Toulouse and the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Poitiers. In 2005, a new state-of-the-art building was inaugurated. Ashrafieh
Achrafieh ( ar, الأشرفية) is an upper-class area in eastern Beirut, Lebanon. In strictly administrative terms, the name refers to a sector (''secteur'') centred on Sassine Square, the highest point in the city, as well as a broader quarter (''quartier''). In popular parlance, however, Achrafieh refers to the whole hill that rises above Gemmayze in the north and extends to Badaro in the south, and includes the Rmeil quarter. Although there are traces of human activity dating back to the neolithic era, the modern suburb was heavily settled by Greek Orthodox merchant families from Beirut's old city in the mid-nineteenth century. The area contains a high concentration of Beirut's Ottoman and French Mandate era architectural heritage. Sursock Museum
The Sursock Museum ( ar, قصر سرسق), which is officially known as the Nicolas Ibrahim Sursock Museum, is a modern art and contemporary art museum in Beirut, Lebanon. History In 1912, the wealthy and prominent Lebanese aristocrat Nicolas Ibrahim Sursock built the private villa that now houses the museum. He decreed in his will that the villa be transformed into a museum. Saifi Village

Saifi Village is located at the southeastern periphery of Centre Ville. The village is bordered by Rue Charles Debbas to the south, Rue George Haddad to the east, Rue Gouraud to the north and Rue Ariss & Kanaani to the west. Its location is at the beginning of the former Green Line which is the main frontline in Beirut during the Lebanese Civil War. The neighborhood was completely destroyed during the war in Lebanon. However, private company Solidere has rebuilt the neighbourhood in a vernacular style that seeks to be somehow reminiscent of French colonial buildings.
