In cooking, proofing (also called proving) is a step in the preparation of yeast bread and other baked goods in which the dough is allowed to rest and rise a final time before baking. Prince Buster
Cecil Bustamente Campbell (24 May 1938 – 8 September 2016), known professionally as Prince Buster, was a Jamaican singer-songwriter and producer. The records he released in the 1960s influenced and shaped the course of Jamaican contemporary music and created a legacy of work that would be drawn upon later by reggae and ska artists. Early life Cecil Bustamente Campbell was born in Orange Street in Kingston, Jamaica, on 24 May 1938. His middle name was given to him by his family in honour of the Labour activist and first post-Independence Prime Minister William Alexander Clarke Bustamante. ''Clockwork Immortality'' is the second studio album by Japanese heavy metal band Lovebites. The album was released in Japan on December 5, 2018 by Victor Entertainment, and in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand two days later by Arising Empire. JPU Records released it in the United Kingdom on January 18, 2019. It reached number 21 on the Oricon chart and number 23 on ''Billboard Japan''. ''Rising'' is the third album by Atlanta rap metal group Stuck Mojo. Unlike the previous two, this album found considerable mainstream success, most likely due to the music video for the song "Rising", which featured WCW members Diamond Dallas Page, Raven and The Flock. Seraphim () is a Taiwanese power metal band. History Formed in 2001 in Taipei, Taiwan, they recorded their first song "Love Hate" for a demo weeks later, gaining notice and eventually a contract from Magnum Music (Taiwan) in April. Within a month they recorded their first album, ''The Soul That Never Dies'' (不死魂), which was released in August. Following the album's release they did a few shows to help promote it, and by November they started writing new material for a second album. In January 2002, they were invited to perform at the Kung-Ming music festival in Mainland China. Soon afterwards they began recording their second album, ''The Equal Spirit'' (平等精靈). ''Rising'' is a 1995 album by avant-garde artist Yoko Ono. Released on 7 November, on Capitol Records, it features the backing band IMA (Japanese for "Now"), which included Ono's son Sean Lennon, Timo Ellis, and Sam Koppelman. The album has sold 11,000 copies in the US to date. Reception The British newspaper ''The Guardian'' named the album "Pop CD of the week" in January 1996. In their review, the album was described as an "unexpected minor triumph". The reviewer, Dan Glaister, further noted that "underlying all the hurt and anger" was also "an overwhelming honesty and humanity" and that the album "succeeds in imparting enormous positivity". The live versions of Donovan's hits guaranteed that ''Rising'' would receive a release in both the United States and United Kingdom. ''Rising'' (also known as ''Rainbow Rising'') is the second studio album by the British-American rock band Rainbow. It was released on 17 May 1976. History Band leader Ritchie Blackmore retained only singer Ronnie James Dio from the previous album line-up, and recruited drummer Cozy Powell, bassist Jimmy Bain and keyboard player Tony Carey to complete the new roster. Recorded in Munich in less than a month, the album was overseen by rock producer and engineer Martin Birch. The band was originally billed as ''Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow'' in the US, but was titled simply ''Rainbow'' on this release.
