Risa Yoshiki
Risa Yoshiki is a Japanese gravure idol and singer. She has released two singles, seven DVDs, and appears regularly on TV and radio. Life and career Yoshiki was born in Funabashi in Chiba Prefecture near Tokyo. She originally wanted to be a manga artist when growing up. In her first year of high school, she was scouted in Harajuku by the Fitoneフィットワン agency. She decided to become an enka singer and trained for two years. In November 2004, she released a DVD of images, "Koi", although her parents were opposed to a career in glamour modelling. From 2009 she became a regular on a variety programme called ''Campus Night Fuji''. In 2010, the programme finished. She also graduated from the Asia University of Japan in the same year. Her debut as a singer was a cover version of ''Yozakura Oshichi'', originally sung by Fuyumi Sakamoto. Enka Singers
is a Japanese music genre considered to resemble traditional Japanese music stylistically. Modern ''enka'', however, is a relatively recent musical form, which adopts a more traditional musical style in its vocalism than ''ryūkōka'' music, popular during the prewar years. Modern ''enka'', as developed in the postwar era, is a form of sentimental ballad music. Some of the first modern ''enka'' singers were Hachiro Kasuga, Michiya Mihashi, and Hideo Murata. The revival of ''enka'' in its modern form is said to date from 1969, when Keiko Fuji made her debut. The most famous male ''enka'' singers are Shinichi Mori and Kiyoshi Hikawa. Dengeki Taishō
is a Japanese radio program broadcast by Nippon Cultural Broadcasting, Radio Osaka, and Tokai Radio Broadcasting which first aired in October 1994, and is produced by ASCII Media Works (formerly MediaWorks). The program airs late at night on the weekend ranging between either 1:00-1:30 AM, 1:30-2:00 AM, or 2:00-2:30 AM depending on the broadcasting channel. The program contains any news updates related to ASCII Media Works and light novels published under their light novel imprint Dengeki Bunko. Additionally, radio dramas air on the program based from light novels under Dengeki Bunko.
