Riot On Redchurch Street
''Riot On Redchurch Street'' is an London-based musical drama directed by Trevor Miller and starring Sam Hazeldine, Alysson Paradis, Jesse Birdsall and Les McKeown. The soundtrack includes four original songs written by Siobhan Fahey and is scheduled for international release, Summer 2012. Plot Set in the hipster-underworld of Shoreditch, East London, 'Riot' depicts a bisexual love-triangle that unravels between a British Rock and Roll Manager (Hazeldine) and two of his clients - a French pop-singer (Paradis) and the front-man from a local punk band (played by newcomer, Rhys James). As racial tension bubbles on the streets of Shoreditch, stragglers outside a gig ignite a full-blown race riot on the steps of the Redchurch Street mosque and before the night is over our love-triangle will end in blood and redemption. Samuel Hazeldine (born 29 March 1972) is an English actor working in film, television and theatre. He is the son of actors James Hazeldine. and Rebecca Moore. Early life Sam Hazeldine was born in Hammersmith, London. He is the son of actors James Hazeldine. and Rebecca Moore. He trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. Les McKeown
Leslie Richard McKeown (12 November 195520 April 2021) was a Scottish pop singer. He was the lead singer of the Bay City Rollers during their most successful period in the 1970s. Early life McKeown was born in Broomhouse, a suburb close to the south-western city limit of Edinburgh, on 12 November 1955. His father, Francis, worked as a tailor and was deaf; his mother, Florence (née Close), was a seamstress who moved to Scotland after getting married. Both emigrated to the United Kingdom from Ireland. The family communicated with his father via hand signals. McKeown was raised in a city tenement block, attended Broomhouse Primary School, then nearby Forrester High School, and volunteered in the Boys' Brigade. Siobhan Maire Fahey (; born 10 September 1958) is an Irish singer whose vocal range is a light contralto. She was a founding member of the group Bananarama, who have had ten top-10 hits including the US number one hit single "Venus".
