Rino Anto
Rino Anto (born 3 January 1988) is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a right back for RoundGlass Punjab FC in the I-League. Club career Early career Born in Thrissur, Kerala, Anto is a product of the Tata Football Academy in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, where he graduated from in 2008. From 2008 to 2010 Anto played professionally in the I-League with Mohun Bagan before being released on 23 February 2010. Then, from 2010 to 2012, Anto played with Salgaocar in the I-League, scoring once against East Bengal at the Fatorda Stadium in a league match on 19 May 2011 in which he found the net in the 33rd minute as Salgaocar won 3–2. He also played one match for Salgaocar in the AFC Cup on 10 April 2012 against Jordan League side Al-Wehdat in which he started and played only 32 minutes, earning a yellow card, before being subbed off for Augustin Fernandes as Salgaocar went on to lose the match 1–2. Thrissur
Thrissur (), formerly Trichur, also known by its historical name Thrissivaperur, is a city and the headquarters of the Thrissur district in Kerala, India. It is the third largest urban agglomeration in Kerala after Kochi and Kozhikode, and the 21st largest in India. Services Football Team
The Services football team is an Indian football team representing the Indian Armed Forces in Indian state football competitions. It is operated by the Services Sports Control Board. Santosh Trophy Services have appeared in the final of the Santosh Trophy ten times, and have won it six times. The team won their first Santosh Trophy in 1960–61 by beating Bengal 1–0 in the final. Kerala Football Team
The Kerala football team (Malayalam: കേരള ഫുട്ബോൾ ടീം) is an Indian state level football team representing Kerala in Indian state football competitions including the Santosh Trophy. They have appeared in the Santosh Trophy finals 15 times, and have won the trophy 7 times. Kerala last won the Santhosh Trophy in 2022 by defeating Bengal in the final on 2 May at the Payyanadu Stadium in Malappuram. I-League 2nd Division
I-League 2, previously known as I-League 2nd Division and officially known as or Hero I-League 2 (for sponsorship ties with Hero MotoCorp), is an Indian men's professional football league. It is the 3rd tier of Indian football, behind Indian Super League and I-League. It operates as a system of promotion with I-League (final qualifying phase of state leagues teams). In 2020, due to COVID-19 pandemic in India, the league format was changed into I-League Qualifiers. To avoid confusion with I-League being the second tier, the league was renamed to I-League 2 by AIFF in 2022. The 2nd Division league was introduced from the 2008 season, having been previously known as the National Football League 2nd Division. Augustin Melwyn Fernandes (born 13 October 1988) is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a centre back for Sudeva Delhi FC in the I-League. Career Born in Goa, Fernandes began his career with the Sesa Football Academy before signing a professional contract with I-League side Salgaocar in 2011. During his first season with the club, Fernandes helped Salgaocar win the I-League and Federation Cup titles. Al-Wehdat Sport Club ( ar, نادي الوحدات الرياضي}) is a Jordanian sport club founded in 1956. The club is based in and represents the Amman New Camp, a Palestinian refugee camp which is also known as Al-Wehdat. Al-Wehdat's home games are played at King Abdullah II Stadium (cap. 13,265). The Jordanian Pro League ( ar, الدوري الأردني للمحترفين) is a Jordanian professional league for men's football clubs and represents the top flight of Jordanian football. The championship consists of twelve competing teams in a home and away league system. The AFC Cup is an annual continental club football competition organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). Under its current rules, the competition is played primarily between clubs from nations that did not receive direct qualifying slots in the top-tier AFC Champions League, based on the AFC Club Competitions Ranking. Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, locally known as Fatorda Stadium, is a multi-purpose stadium situated in Margao, Goa, India.
