Riley Gill
Riley Gill (born January 1, 1985) is an American former professional ice hockey goaltender. He last played for the Allen Americans of the ECHL, where he won Goaltender of the Year in 2016–17 and backstopped the team to two Kelly Cup playoff championships in 2015 and 2016. Playing career Gill attended the Western Michigan University from 2006 to 2010 where he played NCAA Division I college hockey with the Western Michigan Broncos men's ice hockey team. He completed his four-years at Western Michigan University with an NCAA career 2.94 goals-against average and a .915 saves percentage. and established team records for the most games played (111) and the best all-time save percentage in WMU history. The Kalamazoo Wings, nicknamed the K-Wings, are a mid-level professional ice hockey team in Kalamazoo, Michigan. A member of the ECHL's Western Conference, Central Division, they play in the 5,113-seat Wings Event Center. The 2016–17 ECHL season was the 29th season of the ECHL. The regular season schedule ran from October 14, 2016 to April 9, 2017, with the Kelly Cup playoffs following.
