Riisvangen Stadion
Riisvangen Stadion (, "Riis Meadow") is an association football stadium in Aarhus N. It is the Home (sports), home stadium of Danish 2nd Division club Aarhus Fremad. Stadium capacity is 5,000, but the attendance record is 3,200 which occurred when the club competed in the Danish Superliga, in a matchup against FC Midtjylland, Ikast fS on 2 November 1997. Riisvangen Stadion was constructed in the 1936 on the initiative of Aarhus Municipality. During this period, the population of Aarhus had experienced a large population growth concentrated around northern Aarhus, known as Aarhus N, and the construction of a sports facility would facilitate needs to nurture sports in the area. The stadium was built in an area which, at that time, was devoid of buildings. Aarhus Fremad
Aarhus Fremad (, "Aarhus Forward") is an association football club located in Aarhus N, the northern part of Aarhus, Denmark. The team plays in the Danish 2nd Division, the third tier of the Danish football league system. Aarhus Fremad competed in the lower divisions of Danish football until 1997, when the club miraculously reached the Danish Superliga after nine promotions in 13 seasons. The club's home ground is the Riisvangen Stadium. The East Jutland club was originally formed as sports club in 1897, before being refounded as an independent association football club in 1947. Danish 2nd Division
The 2nd Division ( da, Danmarksturneringens 2. division or Herre-DM 2. division) is a semi-professional association football league for men and the third division in Denmark. It is organised by the Divisionsforeningen on behalf of the Danish Football Association (Danish FA; DBU) as part of the nation-wide Danmarksturneringen i fodbold (Herre-DM) and is positioned between the second-tier 1st Division and the fourth-tier Danish 3rd Division in the Danish football league system. Clubs in the league must meet certain criteria concerning appropriate facilities and finances. All of the 2nd Division clubs qualify for the proper rounds of the DBU Pokalen. The number of promoted and relegated clubs has fluctuated over the years. Faxe Kondi
Faxe Kondi is a Danish soft drink produced by Royal Unibrew. Marketed as a sports drink, as it contains both glucose and sugar. Faxe Kondi has been produced since 1971. Originally it was sold in beer bottles, because Faxe Bryggeri was a beer company. There is also a light-version, faxe kondi zero calories, and three energy drinks, Faxe Kondi Booster (sold only in Denmark until 2019; it has also been seen in markets in Finland since), Faxe Kondi Booster Blue and Faxe Kondi Booster Red. Royal Unibrew is a brewing and beverage company headquartered in Faxe, Denmark. Its brands include Ceres, Faxe, Albani, Thor, Karlens and Royal. Brønshøj BK, full name Brønshøj Boldklub, is a Danish football club located in the outskirts of Copenhagen. The club was founded 15 May. 1919. History in brief Early years: Brønshøj BK's first decades was spent in local leagues in the Copenhagen area, and also saw mergers with other local teams, although always retaining the name Brønshøj Boldklub. Vejlby-Risskov Idrætscenter ("Vejlby-Risskov Sports Centre") is a sports complex located in Aarhus, Denmark. It is the largest of its kind in East Jutland. The complex is situated in the district of Vejlby-Risskov in the northern part of Aarhus. Its central parts consist of Vejlby Stadium, home ground of association football club VSK Aarhus, and Vejlby-Risskov Hallen, the home of basketball team Bakken Bears. The Danish Superliga ( da, Superligaen, ) is the current Danish football championship tournament, and administered by the Danish Football Association. It is the highest football league in Denmark and is currently contested by 12 teams each year, with two teams relegated. The Danish Football Union ( da, Dansk Boldspil-Union; DBU) is the governing body of football in Denmark. DR (), officially the Danish Broadcasting Corporation in English, is a Danish public-service radio and television broadcasting company.
