Lloyd Bochner
Lloyd Wolfe Bochner (July 29, 1924 – October 29, 2005) was a Canadian actor. He appeared in many Canadian and Hollywood productions between the 1950s and 1990s, including the films ''Point Blank'' (1967), '' The Detective'' (1968), '' The Young Runaways'' (1968), ''Ulzana's Raid'' (1972) and '' Satan's School for Girls'' (1973), and the television prime time soap opera ''Dynasty'' (1981-82). Bochner also voiced Mayor Hamilton Hill in '' Batman: The Animated Series'' (1992-95) and its follow-up ''The New Batman Adventures'' (1997-99). Career At the age of 11, Bochner began his acting career on Ontario radio programs. Frederick Dobson Middleton
General Sir Frederick Dobson Middleton (4 November 1825 – 25 January 1898) was a British general noted for his service throughout the Empire and particularly in the North-West Rebellion in Canada. Imperial Military career Educated at Maidstone Grammar School and the Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Middleton was commissioned into the 58th Regiment of Foot in 1842. He served in the New Zealand Wars and in 1845, he was mentioned in dispatches for his part in the capture of the stronghold of Māori chief Te Ruki Kawiti. In 1848 he transferred to the 96th Regiment of Foot in India and took part in the suppression of the Indian Mutiny in which campaign he was recommended for, but not awarded, the Victoria Cross. Christopher John Wiggins (January 13, 1931 – February 19, 2017) was an English-born Canadian actor. Career He started out as a banker in his home country before he began his acting career in Canada, where he moved in 1952. Leif Crozier
Leif Newry Fitzroy Crozier (11 June 1846 – 25 February 1901), commonly known as L.N.F. Crozier, was a Canadian Militia officer and a superintendent of the North-West Mounted Police (NWMP), now best remembered for his role in the North-West Rebellion of 1885, a resistance movement headed by Métis leader Louis Riel in what is now the modern province of Saskatchewan. Early life Crozier was born in June 1846 in Ireland. The family emigrated to Canada and settled in Belleville, Upper Canada. In Belleville he tried a number of occupations such as printing, clerking in stores and offices, and in a lawyer's office. Subsequently he studied for a period at a medical college. The military had been Crozier's earliest interest, and he had enlisted in the Canadian Militia at the age of 16 with the 15th Battalion Volunteer Militia (Infantry) Canada. He had served during the Fenian raids and by 1873 reached the rank of major in the militia.
