Rick Rozz
Rick Rozz (born Frederick D. DeLillo, January 9, 1967) is an American guitarist. He grew up in Brooklyn, New York and spent his formative years in Altamonte Springs, Florida, attending Lake Brantley High School. He is best known for his work with the death metal bands Death and Massacre. He still resides in Florida. He played on and co-wrote the well-known death-metal releases ''Leprosy'' in 1988, '' From Beyond'' in 1990, the EP ''Inhuman Condition ''Inhuman Condition'' is an EP by the American death metal band Massacre. It was released in 1992 by Earache Records. Altamonte Springs, Florida
Altamonte Springs is a suburban city in central Florida in Seminole County, Florida, United States, which had a population of 46,231 at the 2020 United States Census. The city is in the northern suburbs of the Orlando–Kissimmee–Sanford Metropolitan Statistical Area, which the United States Census Bureau estimated had a population of 2,054,574 in 2008. Dr. Washington Kilmer of Cincinnati was the first person of European background to settle into the area circa 1870, and he named the area Altamont (minus the "e" from the present spelling) after Altamont, New York, an area near his childhood home. ''From Beyond'' is the debut studio album by American death metal band Massacre, released in 1991 on Earache Records. The album was re-released with a different cover (original is red) and the ''Inhuman Condition'' EP as bonus tracks. The album was recorded in March 1991 at Morrisound Recording in Tampa, Florida. "Corpsegrinder" was originally recorded by the band Death, of which all members of Massacre have been a part in the past. The album's title is based on H. P. Lovecraft's the short story of the same name, and the cover art was painted by Ed Repka. The band's vocalist, Kam Lee, hates the original pink album cover art done by Ed Repka and the changing of the band logo as he claims it "looks like the Superman logo."
