Richard J. Tillman
Richard J. Tillman (September 5, 1911 – October 1983) was an American politician. He served as a Republican member for the 72nd district of the Florida House of Representatives. Tillman was born in New York. He attended New York University Tandon School of Engineering. He moved to Florida in 1942 and worked as an engineer. Cocoa Beach is a city in Brevard County, Florida, United States. The population was 11,539 at the 2018 United States Census. It is part of the Palm Bay-Melbourne-Titusville, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area.
