Riccardo Agostini
Riccardo Agostini (born 20 April 1994 in Padua) is an Italian racing driver. Career Karting Agostini began karting in 2000 and raced primarily in his native Italy for the majority of this part of career, working his way up from the junior ranks to progress through to the KF2 category by 2010 and finishing 12th in CIK-FIA European Championship. Formula Abarth In 2010, Agostini graduated to single–seaters into the newly launched Formula Abarth series in Italy, stating with Prema Junior. He won the feature race in Imola and finished the season eleventh. Agostini stayed in Formula Abarth for a second season in 2011 but switched to debutants Villorba Corse, when the series split in European and Italian series. After four rounds he had another switch to JD Motorsport. Despite having just one podium in both Italian and European Series he improved to seventh and eighth respectively. 2011 Formula Abarth Season
The 2011 Formula Abarth season was the seventh season of the former Formula Abarth, Formula Azzurra, and the second under its guise of "Formula Abarth". It was the first split in European and Italian series. The Italian Championship began on 17 April in ACI Vallelunga Circuit, Vallelunga, while European Championship on 8 May in Circuit Ricardo Tormo, Valencia. Hilmer Motorsport was a German racing team established in 2013 by Franz Hilmer. The team first raced in the GP2 Series, starting in 2013, replacing Ocean Racing Technology. Zeta Corse was a Russian motor racing team, who formerly operated in the Formula Renault 3.5 Series. History In January 2013, was announced that Giancarlo Zampieri (father of Daniel Zampieri) bought BVM - Target Racing Formula Renault 3.5 Series subdivision. The team was renamed to Zeta Corse, headed by Claudio Corradini and used personnel that previously worked with EPIC Racing and HRT F1 Team. The team headquarters was changed to Valencia. For their first Formula Renault 3.5 Series round at Monza they signed Mihai Marinescu and Emmanuel Piget. 2011 Formula Pilota China Season
The 2011 Formula Pilota China season is the first season of the newly created Formula Pilota China series, which ran on regulations based on Formula Abarth. The championship began on 3 July at Guangdong and was finished on 27 November at Sepang after twelve races held at six meetings. Also series had non-championship round that held on 3 December at Sepang. 9 teams fielded 26 drivers during the whole tour. Swiss-French driver, who participated under Czech racing license Mathéo Tuscher became the first Formula Pilota China Champion with 189 points after scoring nine podium finishes from twelve races with eight wins. His nearest competitor, Luis Sá Silva, took two wins during the whole season and managed second overall with 124 points. The Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari, better known as Imola, is a motor racing circuit in the town of Imola, in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, east of Bologna. It is one of the few major international circuits to run in an anti-clockwise direction. The circuit is named after Ferrari's late founder, Enzo Ferrari (1898–1988), and his son, Alfredo "Dino" Ferrari (1932–1956). Before Enzo's death, it was called Autodromo Dino Ferrari. The circuit has an FIA Grade One licence. Imola was the venue for the San Marino Grand Prix between 1981 and 2006.
