Eugene St. Rose Reynal (March 31, 1902 – March 20, 1968) was an American publisher who founded Blue Ribbon Books of Garden City, New York, and Reynal & Hitchcock (with Curtice Hitchcock) of New York City in 1933. From 1938 to 1946, Reynal was married to Elizabeth Young, an actress who had appeared in '' Queen Christina'' with Greta Garbo. During World War II, Reynal served as a Captain in the Army Air Forces, stationed at one point in Miami Beach, Florida. Jeanne Reynal
Jeanne Reynal (1903–1983) is a mosaicist and a significant figure of the New York School group of artists. She showed with Betty Parsons Gallery. Her work is in the collections of Museum of Modern Art, Whitney Museum of American Art, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Denver Art Museum, Ford Foundation, New York University, Phillips Academy, and Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Her personal papers from 1942 to 1968 are included in the Archives of American Art. Early life Reynal was born in 1903 in White Plains, New York. She was the second of five children. José Reynal-Restrepo
The Reverend José Reynal-Restrepo (1977–2011) was a priest of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Manizales and the parish priest of the town of Marmato, Caldas in Colombia, South America. Founded in 1540, Marmato is one of the historic gold-mining regions of the hemisphere. He was murdered on September 1, 2011, while returning home. Strip mining and the murder of a priest From 1946 onwards, the Colombian government had established a zone in the hills where the town stands as a preserve for mining by the various small miners of the town. This was in effect until 2007, when the Canadian mining company Medoro Resources merged with a Colombian mining company to form a conglomerate called "Gran Colombia Gold". Raynel Joseph Espinal (born October 6, 1991) is a Dominican professional baseball pitcher for the Tokyo Yakult Swallows of Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB).
