Rey Ramsey
Rey Ramsey is an American social justice entrepreneur, author, and the former CEO of the One Economy Corporation, a nonprofit he co-founded in 2000. Ramsey received a B.A. in political science from Rutgers University, where he was a member of Cap and Skull, and ZBT fraternity, and a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. After graduating from law school, Ramsey went to work for the Portland law-firm Stoel Rives. He soon left his job at the firm to pursue a career with the Oregon State Economic Development Department, where he was director of the Oregon Housing and Community Services Department under governors Neil Goldschmidt and Barbara Roberts. Ramsey then worked for the Enterprise Community Partners, first as senior vice president and later became president. Millard Dean Fuller (January 3, 1935 – February 3, 2009) was the co-founder and the former president of Habitat for Humanity International, a nonprofit organization known globally for building houses for those in need. Fuller also was the founder and president of The Fuller Center for Housing. Fuller was widely regarded as the leader of the modern-day movement for affordable housing and had been honored for his work in the United States and abroad. Barbara Kay Roberts (née Hughey; born December 21, 1936) is an American politician from the state of Oregon. A native of the state, she served as the List of Governors of Oregon, 34th Governor of Oregon from 1991 to 1995.
