Rex Matheson
Agent Rex Matheson, portrayed by Mekhi Phifer, is a fictional character in the BBC television programme ''Torchwood'', a spin-off from the long-running series ''Doctor Who''. John Shiban is an American television writer and producer. Marc Vann (born August 23, 1954) is an American actor. He is known for his role as Conrad Ecklie in the CBS television series ''CSI: Crime Scene Investigation''.
