Revolution By Night
Revolution By Night were an electronic music band based in London, England. Often referred to simply as 'RBN', the only continuous members of the band were founding members Steve Weeks (vocal/keyboards/programming) and Bryon Adamson (keyboards/programming), with Phil Eaton (keyboards) joining in 2006. Revolution By Night Mk I - 1994 to 1999 Revolution By Night were originally a four piece band featuring vocalist Steve Weeks and bassist Bryon Adamson which was heavily influenced by bands such as Fields of the Nephilim and The Sisters of Mercy. They recorded the album ''Breathe'' in 1994, which was released the following year. No further releases followed other than a handful of compilation album tracks, and the group ceased activity in their current format in 1999. Reaper (band)
Reaper is the electro-industrial project of Vasi Vallis. History Reaper was formed by Vasi Vallis shortly before the dissolution of his NamNamBulu project and took on greater prominence following the split. The 'Angst EP' was released in July 2005. The project played a number of live shows prior to the release of the full-length album 'Hell Starts With An H' in early 2007. The project toured Europe supporting Combichrist around this time. At the end of 2007, the EP 'The Devil Is Female' was released, reaching No.1 in the DAC. Nachtmahr
Nachtmahr is the solo project of Thomas Rainer (also known for his other projects: L'Âme Immortelle and the now defunct Siechtum). Nachtmahr's musical style is best characterized as Techno Body Music. History In September 2007, Nachtmahr had its first release, "Kunst ist Krieg (i.e., Art Is War)". The album's song "BoomBoomBoom", quickly became popular in industrial clubs around the world. In 2008 Nachtmahr released its first full-length album entitled "Feuer frei". Like "Kunst Ist Krieg", it quickly gained popularity in industrial clubs. The single "Katharsis" joined "BoomBoomBoom" as a worldwide club hit, and helped the album stay in the top 10 of the German Deutsche Alternative Charts (DAC) for more than 6 weeks. Straftanz
Straftanz was a German electronic dance music project, established in the summer of 2006. Straftanz consisted of a loose group of artists (j-ing, k-x, -jl- and cyberdominator) who called themselves the Straftanz ZK. Additional artists involved were Carsten Jacek (SITD), Mille Petrozza, and Myk Jung (The Fair Sex) who were involved in the recording of the first album ''Forward Ever''. Straftanz also collaborated with the futurepop project Rotersand by way of sharing ideas and equipment. In interviews, Straftanz described its musical style as "Industrial-Streetfighting-Dance". Aesthetic Perfection is an American electronic musical project created by Daniel Graves in 2000. Biography Aesthetic Perfection was formerly signed directly to Metropolis Records in the United States and Out of Line Records in Europe, until Graves decided to run it on his independent label Close to Human Records. Additionally, the band was licensed to Gravitator Records in Russia and Death Watch Asia in Japan. Icon of Coil is a Norwegian electronic music band. The band was established as a solo project in 1997 by Andy LaPlegua who was joined by former Sector 9 (now Moonitor and Zombie Girl) bandmate Sebastian Komor to perform live. With the release of ''Shallow Nation'', the band's first single, Komor joined full-time. In 2000, Christian Lund joined the live lineup. Combichrist
Combichrist is an American aggrotech / industrial metal band formed in 2003 by Norwegian vocalist Andy LaPlegua, who also founded the bands Icon of Coil, Panzer AG, Scandinavian Cock and Scandy. Suicide Commando is a Belgian electro-industrial music act formed by Johan Van Roy in 1986. For live shows, it consists of Van Roy himself on vocals, Torben Schmidt on keyboards, and Mario Vaerewijck on drums. History Van Roy began experimenting with electronic music back in 1986.
