Arsys Software (アルシスソフトウェア), later known as Cyberhead (サイバーヘッド), was a Japanese video game video game developer, software development company active from 1985 to 2001. Overview The company was founded as Arsys Software by former Technosoft staff members Osamu Nagano and :jp:吉村功成, Kotori Yoshimura on 11 November 1985. They were primarily involved in PC game development, having previously created the original ''Thunder Force'' (a 1983 nonlinear gameplay, free-scrolling shooter game) and ''Plazma Line'' (a 1984 space racing video game, racing game considered the first computer game with 3D computer graphics, 3D polygon graphics) at Technosoft. Pat The White
Patrick Leblanc, better known as Pat the White, is a Canadian musician from the Gaspé region of Quebec. Leblanc was born on July 21, 1975. He grew up in the town of Carleton-sur-Mer, Quebec. He started playing guitar at a young age. It was his uncle who taught him the basics. In 1997, Leblanc left his home and worked for a while in Banff, Alberta. It was there that Leblanc discovered his biggest musical influence, The Allman Brothers Band. In 1999 he relocated to Quebec City and formed "The Pat The White Band". Since 1999, Leblanc has been playing festivals in and around Quebec. Festivals include the Mont Tremblant Blues Festival, the Montreal Jazz Festival, the Maximum Blues Festival, the "Woodstock en Beauce" Festival and the Sun Flower Gospel & Blues Festival in Clarksdale, Mississippi, U.S. In 2002, Leblanc was involved with a small group of Gaspésie musicians, including Nanette Workman, who went down to Clarksdale, Mississippi to experience the Blues at its roots. Abe Vigoda was an American punk rock band based in Los Angeles, California, United States, originally from Chino, California; a city in the Inland Empire (California), Inland Empire. They frequently performed at the Smell. History The band formed right after the members finished high school. The name is a reference to American character actor Abe Vigoda. ''Skeleton'', their third album, was released on July 8, 2008. In 2009, their EP ''Reviver'' followed. They finished recording their fourth album ''Crush'' on February 24, 2010, and it was released on September 20, 2010. It ranked 40th on Pitchfork Media's list ''The Top 50 Albums of 2010''. Funker Vogt () is a German electronic-industrial music project with an aggressive style, formed by vocalist Jens Kästel and programmer Gerrit Thomas in 1995. Other members of the band are keyboardist/manager Björn Böttcher, live guitarist Frank Schweigert and lyricist Kai Schmidt. 36 Crazyfists were an American metalcore band formed in Anchorage, Alaska in 1994. The band's name comes from the Hong Kong martial arts film ''36 Crazy Fists'' (1977) starring Jackie Chan. To date they have released eight studio albums. History Early years (1994–1999) 36 Crazyfists formed in 1994 in Anchorage, Alaska. The original members were vocalist Brock Lindow, guitarists Steve Holt and Ryan Brownell, bassist JD Stuart, and drummer Thomas Noonan. Holt is from Kenai, and Lindow spent much of his childhood there. Lindow, Brownell, Stuart, and Noonan are all from Anchorage. 36CF originated from the remains of three local bands: Grin, Hessian, and Broke. JD Stuart played in Grin, Brock Lindow in Hessian, and Steve Holt and Ryan Brownell in Broke.
