''Resuscitate'' is the third studio album by contemporary Christian music band Remedy Drive. It was released on September 18, 2012, through Centricity Music. The album was produced by Peter Kipley at The Bomb Shelter in Brentwood, Tennessee.According to the inner liner notes of the album. The first radio single was "Better Than Life" that charted at No. 46 on the ''Billboard'' Christian Songs chart. "Resuscitate Me" was the No. 1 ''Billboard'' Christian Rock song. The album debut on the ''Billboard'' Christian and Heatseekers Albums charts at Nos. 23 and 20 respectively. Background David Zach said to Grace S. Remedy Drive
Remedy Drive is an American alternative rock band founded in 1998 in Lincoln, Nebraska. They are now based in Nashville. The band consists of lead vocalist and guitarist David Zach, bassist Corey Horn, and drummer Timmy Jones (with an extended appearance by Nashville-based drummer Tim Buell and occasional appearances by other drummers including Michael Sturd and Zach Hunter). They have recorded ten studio albums (six of them independent), one independent live album, and two EPs. The band was founded as a quartet consisting of the four Zach brothers. Three of the four brothers left the band in late 2010. History Remedy Drive were formed as The Aslan Band in 1995 as a three-piece all-brother group, before a fourth brother, Paul, joined in 1998. Cross Rhythms is a Christian media organisation based in Stoke-on-Trent, England. It operates an FM and online radio station, produces radio shows sent internationally, and its website has resources about contemporary Christian music. Jonathan Mark Foreman (born October 22, 1976) is an American musician, the lead singer, guitarist, main songwriter and co-founder of the alternative rock band Switchfoot. He started Switchfoot in 1996 with drummer Chad Butler and his brother Tim Foreman on bass guitar. Jerome Fontamillas and Drew Shirley later joined the band. Personal life Foreman was born in San Bernardino County, California, but his family moved to Massachusetts and Virginia Beach during his childhood. There he became fast friends with Todd Cooper, who encouraged him to learn guitar. Cooper was later a guitar tech for Switchfoot, although he left in 2005 to pursue his own musical career. Kutless is an American Christian rock band from Portland, Oregon formed in 1999. Since their formation, they have released multiple studio albums and one live album, ''Live from Portland''.
