Restoration Gateway Hospital
The Restoration Gateway Hospital (RGH), also Restoration Gateway Medical Centre, is a private, Christian-affiliated general medical facility in Uganda. The hospital, which has been under construction since 2012, is being expanded in phases. Location The facility is located in ''Bedmot Village'', in Karuma Township, on the western banks of the Victoria Nile, approximately , by road, east of the Kampala–Gulu Highway. Kiryandongo District
Kiryandongo District is a district in Western Uganda. Like many other Ugandan districts, it is named after its 'chief town', Kiryandongo, where the district headquarters are located. Location Kiryandongo District is bordered by Nwoya District to the north, Oyam District to the northeast, Apac District to the east, and Masindi District to the south and west. Bunyoro Sub-region
Bunyoro sub-region is a region in Western Uganda that consists of the following districts: * Buliisa District * Hoima District * Kibaale District * Kiryandongo District * Masindi District The area covered by the above districts is coterminous with the traditional Bunyoro Kingdom. Milton Obote abolished the traditional kingdoms in Uganda in 1967. When Yoweri Museveni re-established them in 1993, Bunyoro re-constituted itself. The sub-region is home mainly to the Banyoro ethnic group. The people of Bunyoro are called Banyoro (singular: Munyoro). The Banyoro speak Runyoro, a Bantu language. Runyoro closely related to Rutooro, spoken by the people of the neighboring Toro sub-region. The language is often referred to as Runyoro/Rutooro. According to the 2002 national census, the Bunyoro sub-region was home to an estimated 0.75 million people at that time. Daily Monitor
The ''Daily Monitor'' is a Ugandan independent daily newspaper. Its name is shared by the ''Saturday Monitor'' and ''Sunday Monitor'', which are also published by Monitor Publications Limited. ''Daily Monitor'' averaged a daily circulation of 24,230 newspapers in September 2011. By the fourth quarter of 2019, that figure had dropped to 16,169 copies daily.
