Renato Marsiglia (born 3 June 1951 in Rio Grande, Rio Grande do Sul) is a retired Brazilian football referee. He is known for supervising two matches during the 1994 FIFA World Cup in the United States. Marsiglia also officiated at the 1991 and 1993 FIFA World Youth Championships, as well as the 1994 World Cup qualifiers. Rio Grande (lit. "Great River") is a municipality (''município'') and one of the oldest cities in the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul. It was the state capital from 1835 to 1845. The 1991 FIFA World Youth Championship was the eighth staging of the FIFA World Youth Championship, an international football competition organized by FIFA for men's youth national teams, and the eighth since it was established in 1977 as the FIFA World Youth Tournament.
