Remzi Aydın Jöntürk
Remzi Aydın Jöntürk (September 15, 1936 – September 2, 1987) was a Turkish filmmaker, actor, screenwriter, and producer. He directed more than 72 feature films in his long career. Jöntürk is credited for creating and directing some of the most famous examples of the Turkish psychedelic cinema including ''Yarınsız Adam'' (''The Man without Tomorrow'') and ''Yıkılmayan Adam'' (''The Indestructible Man''), both starring Cüneyt Arkın as part of his psychedelic socio-political action ''The Adam Trilogy''. He is considered one of the most prominent psychedelic-action film makers of 1970's Turkish cinema during its boom period. Erzincan
Erzincan (; ku, Erzîngan), historically Yerznka ( hy, Երզնկա), is the capital of Erzincan Province in Eastern Turkey. Nearby cities include Erzurum, Sivas, Tunceli, Bingöl, Elazığ, Malatya, Gümüşhane, Bayburt, and Giresun. The city is majority Sunni Turkish with a significant Alevi Kurdish minority. History Acilisene, the ancient city that is now Erzincan, was the site of the Peace of Acilisene by which in AD 387 Armenia was divided into two vassal states, a smaller one dependent on the Byzantine Empire and a larger one dependent on Persia. This is the name (Ἀκιλισηνή in Greek) by which it is called by Strabo in his ''Geography'', 11.4.14. Buckshot

''Malkoçoğlu Cem Sultan'' ( tr, Malkoçoğlu Cem Sultan; fa, سرزمین دلاوران) is a Turkish historical action film by Remzi Aydın Jöntürk. It is one of the numerous collaborations between the famous actor Cüneyt Arkın and Jöntürk. The film belongs to the wave of historical films in the Turkish cinema. The film is about the beloved comics character of Ayhan Başoğlu, ''Malkoçoğlu''. The film was shot simultaneously in Turkish and in Persian. The Iranian version was released as ''Serzemin-e Delaveran'' in 1971. The main features of the movie has real historical basis as Malkoçoğlu was regarded as one of the loyal Akıncı families of the Ottoman Empire. The film is the dramatization of Başoğlu's comic book of the same name and tells the story of the life struggle of Cem Sultan and how Akıncıs help him.
