Reinhilde Decleir (16 May 1948 – 6 April 2022) was a Flemish actress and director. Career In theater, Decleir played with the Blue Monday Company, the Toneelhuis and Theater Antigone in, among others, En deliver us from evil, In the name of the Father and the Son, Ten war and Nachtlied and directed, among others, Overleie, The Best of Shakespeare, Just of Faust and the Lice Opera. Decleir was a teacher at Studio Herman Teirlinck. In 2007, she founded Tutti Fratelli, a theater company for people who have fewer opportunities in society. Brasschaat () is a municipality located in Flanders, one of the three regions of Belgium, and in the Flemish province of Antwerp. The municipality only comprises the town of Brasschaat proper. Borgerhout () is the smallest district of Antwerp, Belgium. , the district houses 45,769 inhabitants on 3,93 km². It was an independent municipality until January 1983. Van Vlees en Bloed (English: "From Flesh and Blood") is an international award-winning Belgian tragicomedy and miniseries written by Tom Van Dyck and Michiel Devlieger. The series was produced by Woestijnvis and first aired in 2009 on the Belgian channel Eén. The show is about a butcher shop owned by the family Vangenechten since 1952. Although the family name was indirectly inspired by, the characters are entirely fictitious and there is no direct link with the famous Belgian Vangenechten family. Jan Decleir (born as ''Jan Amanda Gustaaf Decleir'' on 14 February 1946) is a prolific Belgian movie and stage actor born in Niel, Antwerp. Career He had his first big role in Fons Rademakers's ''Mira'' (1971). Since then, he has appeared in countless Flemish and Dutch films and TV productions. In the world of theater he gained his fame by acting at the International New Scene for the play Mistero Buffo by Dario Fo. To the larger audiences of television he became known through his role of ''Sil de strandjutter'' in 1976 in the equally named TV series. He starred in Academy Award winning movies including '' Karakter'' by Mike van Diem and ''Antonia'' and the Oscar-nominated social drama ''Daens''.
