The Regino River ( co, Fiume di Regino) is a small coastal river in the department of Haute-Corse, Corsica, France. Course The Regino is long. It crosses the communes of Belgodère, Feliceto, Occhiatana, Speloncato, Santa-Reparata-di-Balagna and Ville-di-Paraso. The Regino rises in the canton of Feliceto to the west of the San Parteo mountain. It flows in a north-northwest direction, passing between the villages of Feliceto and Nessa, then turns to run in a northeast direction to its mouth on the sea. It is dammed to the south of L'Île-Rousse to form the Lac de Codole. The dam was built in the early 1980s by the ''Société de Développement Agricole de la Corse'' (SOMIVAC) to supply water to the eastern part of the Balagne for drinking and irrigation. Dennis Magloyuan Regino (April 9, 1961 – November 29, 2020), known professionally as April Boy Regino (), was a Filipino singer, songwriter, and actor who popularized ballads such as "Paano ang Puso Ko", "Umiiyak ang Puso" and "Di Ko Kayang Tanggapin" in the 1990s and novelty songs such as "Ye Ye Vonnel". He always wore a baseball cap in public as a trademark. Early life Dennis Magloyuan Regino was born on April 9, 1961, in Marikina. He was the fourth of Tomas and Lucena's eight children, and grew up in a slum near the railway track in Caloocan. As a child, he helped his parents sell snacks (rice cakes, banana cue and camote cue), and customers would often ask him to sing. At age 10, he began joining amateur singing contests for the prize money. Regino of Prüm or of Prum ( la, Regino Prumiensis, german: Regino von Prüm; died 915 AD) was a Benedictine monk, who served as abbot of Prüm (892–99) and later of Saint Martin's at Trier, and chronicler, whose ''Chronicon'' is an important source for late Carolingian history. Biography According to the statements of a later era, Regino was the son of noble parents and was born at the stronghold of Altrip on the Rhine near Speyer at an unknown date. From his election as abbot and from his writings, it is evident that he had entered the Benedictine Order, probably at Prüm itself, and that he had been a diligent student. The rich and celebrated Imperial Abbey of Prüm suffered greatly during the 9th century from the marauding incursions of the Norsemen. It had been twice seized and ravaged, in 882 AD and 892 AD. Regino Díaz Relova (August 2, 1874 – June 18, 1961) was a Filipino revolutionary who fought during the Philippine Revolution in Los Baños, Bay, Calauan and his hometown Pila, Laguna during the Philippine–American War. He was rank as a lieutenant colonel of the Katipunan. Antecedents Relova was born in Pila, Laguna to parents Don Feliciano Díaz Relova and Doña Concepción Díaz. Career On 29 March 2011, he won a gold medal in snowboard cross at the 2011 FIS Junior World Championships in Valmalenco, Italy. Regino Sainz de la Maza y Ruiz (7 September 1896 – 26 November 1981) was a Spanish classical guitarist and composer. Biography Sainz de la Maza was born in Burgos. At ten, he got his first guitar and started his musical studies with Santiago Landache ( solfege), José Nicolás Quesada (piano), and Eugenio Rodríguez Pascual (guitar). In 1910, his family moved to San Sebastián, where he studied piano with Germán Cendoya, harmony with Beltrán Pagola and guitar with Luis Soria. A year later, he moved to Bilbao, where he continued his studies with Hilarión Leloup. At 18, he performed at his first concert at the Teatro Arriaga of Bilbao. He later moved to Barcelona, where he worked as a concert musician. There, he befriended Miguel Llobet and Andrés Segovia. In 1920, he played for the first time in Madrid.
